HOT #NewRelease: Evan Sent by @JPBowie #GLBT #GayRomance @PridePublishing

Fiction and reality become intertwined when a young movie actor playing the role of a detective finds himself in a real-life drama that threatens to bring a sudden end to his career.

Evan Ericson is young and beautiful, a former fashion model and a gifted actor. When he is offered the role of a detective in a new film noir indie movie, he jumps at the chance, certain that this is his opportunity to leave behind the notoriety of appearing in porn movies and his dependence on drugs.

Mark Henderson is an out-of-work actor searching for his big break. When, by sheer chance, he lands a part in a new indie movie, he can’t believe his luck. Nor can he believe it when he meets Evan Ericson. Sparks fly at their first encounter. When rehearsing their roles, Mark’s world is rocked by Evan’s kiss and a new Hollywood romance is born.

But things thought long buried in the past have a nasty habit of rearing their ugly heads, and being stalked and threatened by a manic drug dealer is not something either Evan or Mark envisaged in their future together. Will Hollywood magic be enough to keep them safe or will Evan’s bad-boy reputation tear them apart?

WLK synopsis

Cover - Perfect Imperfections

Listening to music, traveling the world, and jumping off cliffs is fun. Falling in love is even better. But to stay with Jeremy after the stage lights dim, Reg will need to help him realize there’s nothing pretend about their relationship.

WLK excerpt

After a mutual laughing fit about yet another of Reg’s college tales, Reg put an end to Jeremy’s joy by saying, “Hey, Jeremy, man, I don’t want to rush you out of here, but we usually close at midnight during the week, and it’s almost one.”
“Oh.” Suddenly feeling sober and tense again, Jeremy rubbed his hand over his nose and reached for his leather jacket, which he’d tossed over the empty barstool next to him hours earlier. “Sure. Yeah. Sorry about that.” He pulled a handful of bills out of his wallet and threw them on the bar, not bothering to count them. “Keep the change.”
Keys in hand, Jeremy climbed off his stool, planning to leave the bar. He was surprised when Reg darted his upper body forward and snagged his keys.
“Hold on, man. It’s late and you’re drunk. Is there someone who can come pick you up?”
Jeremy snorted. “No. I’m in, uh….” He tried to remember the name of the nothing little town. “Whatever Park.” He rolled his eyes. “Why would I know anybody here?”
“Wow. I’ve had people turn into violent shitheads when I cut them off, but snobby diva is new.” Reg flung his everpresent towel into the bar sink and locked up the register. “I was going to offer you my couch for the night, ’cause there aren’t any motels in walking distance, and I have better beer than we serve here, but you can go ahead and sleep it off in your car, superstar. I’ll bring you your keys in the morning.”
“Oh.” Hearing that Reg hadn’t been throwing him out but had, instead, been trying to change locations, vanquished Jeremy’s resurfacing tension. With that relief came the realization that he had acted like all the stuck-up assholes he couldn’t stand. “Crap.” Falling into a nervous childhood habit he hadn’t been fully able to shake, Jeremy tugged the collar of his salmon-colored T-shirt into his mouth and chewed on it. “I didn’t mean to, uh…” He rubbed his palm over his eyes. “I’m sorry that I…” A thought slammed into him, making him flinch and then gape at Reg. “You called me superstar.”
“I also called you a snobby diva.” Reg arched his eyebrows. “Are you ready to earn a spot on my couch and a bottle of Kilt Lifter by playing nice?”

Check out: FORBIDDEN FRUIT [Z PAC ALPHA SHIFTERS 3] #MM #GLBT #MANLOVE

Hi everyone, thanks for hosting me today to talk about my newest release, Forbidden Fruit.  This is the 3rd book in my Z Pac Alpha Shifters series and with this story I’ve added quite the surprise, taking this portion of the series to a scary time for the members of Zarantaria.
To understand a little bit more of my shifters series and the different species within them, I’ve prepared a short summary for you below. Be sure to read to the very bottom of this post for your chance to win an eCopy of this new release!

3D World Creation by Planet Postmoderna LLC

Four species live amongst one another in a land known as, Zarantaria. The large island of Zarantaria is a vast land with virtually every terrain imaginable.  It is rich in both forest, hard scapes and natural waters, some of which are fed from rivers and streams, which come from the waters that surround them.
Large rock formations make up a massive mountain range known as the Tetopas, which stretch through the valley out onto the farthest southwest corner of the island where the Sparticians live.
While the island is roughly one hundred miles in width and nearly half that size in height, it is surrounded by a vast body of crystal clear water known as, The Ulstrea Sea which goes on as far as the eye can see. Ulstrea feeds several small rivers which flow into fresh water lakes within the Tetopas. While being a mountainous area, there are some tropical elements held within this land as well, such as beautiful plants and flowers. There are gorgeous sunsets of pink and purplish hues, which disappear into the shimming waters of Ulstrea.
Surrounding the Tetopa Mountains are three other territories, which are home to the Panthtarians in the north west territory, the Concorrians in the north east territory and the Lynxians in the south western territory.
While most of these species live together in harmony with one another, there has always been an unspoken power struggle between the Sparticians and the Panthatarians, which lends to some conflict whenever they cross paths. Both species are the more dominant of their population, with the Concorrians and Lyxians being the more passive species. With the Sparticians heading up the biggest branch of law enforcement, the The Oath Keepers, The Panthatarians have always been said to have a dark side and all of Zarantaria are warned never to cross them.
Zarantaria is land that holds incredible beauty and intense emotions. Like with all strong feelings one can often times expect to find themselves experiencing passions that can both delight and bedevil.

Forbidden Fruit [Z Pac Alpha Shifters 3]

Rourke Falco is single, lonely, and has no desire to even look for a mate. When his restlessness starts to take hold of him, he takes time away from the territory he works and live in. His hopes are that he may find some peace in the nearby blissful Unicyn Forest.
Ty Neston is a loner. When he becomes stricken with a problem that feels so good it is nearly painful, he escapes into the forest within the Sergin Valley.
Whether by luck or fate, Ty and Rourke cross paths with one another more than once. Ty is unable to deny his attraction for the Rourke and makes his move. Their uniting might have been fleeting if it hadn't been for a fruit that Ty had brought along the way.
Unrelenting passions and unmistakable lust set the stage for these two as they test the boundaries of species while exploring the depth of their connection.

ADULT Excerpt:

Rourke stared out into the woods. Trees blanketed the area around him and made the forest seem darker than it actually was. If someone was lurking out there, he would never see them from where he stood. He was going to have to venture out into that same darkness in order to find whoever was stalking him.

He had just been about to take that first step when goose bumps formed on his body and the eeriest sensation washed over him. Completely frozen, Rourke stood, waiting silently for what he felt was right behind him.

As he opened his mouth to speak, the words were stolen right from him when he felt a warm breath hit the back of his neck. He should have been terrified at that moment. He had no idea who this person was. Yet the heat he felt from that simple gesture gave him a completely different reaction.

Lust.

He could feel it growing in himself just as he sensed it from his silent observer.

Rourke slowly turned, not entirely sure what he expected to see.

When he was completely turned around he saw a man who he didn’t recognize. His hair was thick and black, cut short against his head. When his eyes met the person standing behind him, he was surprised to find that he was a few inches shorter than Rourke.

He looked down at him. With the flickering of the campfire Rourke could tell they were a magnificent blue, the kind that reminded him of the sea on a bright sunny day. Tonight they didn’t appear bright, though. They looked dark and mysterious. They looked tortured.

“Who are you?” he asked.

“Ty.”

“What are you…doing here?” Rourke asked, hesitating as he felt the warm breath of this man hit his bare chest.

“I want you.”

Rourke was taken aback by his response. It was so blatant, and he offered no apology for his blunt reply.

“You…want me?”

Ty leaned in and placed his head closer to the hollow between Rourke’s neck and shoulder. He inhaled deeply and let out a primal grumble.

“Do I know you?” Rourke asked, trying to ignore how turned on he was getting.

“No.”

Whoever this man was, with his short answers and promiscuous behavior, it was obvious that he wasn’t from these parts of Zarantaria. Rourke was certain he would have recognized him if he was. The combination of his hair, olive skin tone and gorgeous blue eyes left the mind whirling with possibilities. This man, the one who calls himself Ty, was not the type who would be easily forgotten. This was the kind of male Zarantarian that Rourke knew he could never forget.

“Where did you come from?” Rourke asked.

Ty shook his head and lifted his hand. He cupped the side of Rourke’s cheek and massaged his thumb across Rourke’s stubbles. “That doesn’t matter.”

“What do you want?”

“I already told you,” Ty answered matter-of-factly and pressed his body into Rourke’s.

When Rourke felt the outline of Ty’s hard cock press against his upper thigh, his own dick swelled with excitement.

He had no idea who this man was. He had no idea where he came from. All he knew was, that no matter how crazy it seemed, he wanted Ty as well. He may regret it in the morning, but right then, in the moment, he was going to take what Ty was offering. He had to. His body begged him to.

Rourke reached down between their bodies and stroked the thickness that was poking at him. A small droplet of pre-cum leaked through Ty’s shorts, enticing Rourke all the more.

He pulled away and slowly rubbed at his own cock. Closing his eyes, he recalled just how long it had been since he’d been with another male.

“Fuck, you are beautiful,” Ty whispered. “Take off your jeans. I want to see you.”

Rourke opened his eyes, slightly embarrassed that he felt so vulnerable to this man. He always considered himself to be in charge whenever he dealt with sex, but at the present moment he felt like putty in Ty’s hands as he began unbuttoning his jeans.

Ty licked his lips and quirked up an eyebrow as he watched Rourke. The hunger Rourke saw in him only intensified his own. He had never minded casual interludes before, in fact he usually welcomed them.

This though, this was different. This man had come out of nowhere. Rourke had no idea who he was, where he had come from, or whether or not he’d ever see him again. For all Rourke knew he could be a figment of his over stressed imagination.

He didn’t care either way. If this man was a damn mirage, Rourke was going to fuck him. He needed this. He wanted this. He wanted him.

Win a $20 gift card on @Eva_Lefoy's DOM OF DESTRUCTION Book Tour #MM #GLBT #Erotic

Welcome to Sensuous Promo’s DOMS OF DESTRUCTION Book Tour. Watch for the Rafflecopter giveaway below.

Doms have fears, too by Eva Lefoy

Even if your main character is a top, a Dom, and not a submissive, it’s important to remember that Doms are people too. First and foremost, they’re human. They usually show up in the author’s mind after having several failed prior relationships and are looking for love. Mmmm love. Should the author decide to take up the Dom’s case and give them the love they seek, they have to do so with a few things in mind.

  1. Doms are people who’ve been hurt in the past, too. Don’t just focus on the submissive partner’s past hurts and needs. It’s likely the Dom has had his/her heart broken a time a two as well.
  2. Use that backstory to re-open old wounds. In Dom of Destruction, Gar suffers Brian being hurt the same way his former sub, Angel was. Even though it’s not Gar’s fault, he still feels the same pain. That pain propels him toward the climax of his storyline – where he must come face to face with his fears.
  3. Doms have fears, too. Even if they’re as big as a house and as strong as an ox, they still have fears. Fears of intimacy, fears of hurting their sub, fears of being rejected, etc. All the usual fears that humans can and have had for thousands of years. Sure, they’re all Dom and all business in the bedroom, but outside of a scene, who are they really? What do they really fear?
  4. Lastly, Doms are often hard on themselves and suffer guilt and worry over their role. Even if it’s two guys in the relationship, and both of them are completely into it on a consensual basis, the Dom can still get hurt. In Dom of Destruction, we find out that Gar’s ex, Angel, pushed him past his comfort zone. Angel wanted Gar to hurt him more and more, (we find out why and it’s a shocker for Gar), but the beatings Angel wanted left Gar wounded and scarred. He didn’t adequately protect himself, probably because he loved Angel and would have done anything for him.

So you see, Gar has a lot a pain in his past and he’s looking for love. In the modern world, love can be hard to come by. And even when it’s staring Gar in the face, he has a hard time acquiescing to the terms. Which only proves he’s human and needs love too!

Thanks for reading,

Eva

Dom of Destruction, book III in the Love Hurts series:
When new and impulsive sub, Brian is injured in a bad scene, the incident opens old wounds for his sometimes-Dom, Gar. While doling out revenge, Gar must come to terms with his fear of relationships and learn the shocking truth about his former lover, Angel.

Meanwhile, Paul’s uncontrolled jealousy of Brian comes to light and Geoffrey threatens to cancel their engagement if he won’t get his anger under control. In different ways the aftermath of the sadistic Dom’s destructive force puts these four men on the track to future happiness, but some will suffer more scars than others.
Warning: The MC in this story is baited into a scene of BDSM play and is abused.

EXCERPT – Brian takes Gar to task over his plethora of subs:
Whoa. Gar’s mind whirled as he tried to figure out Brian’s sudden mood swing. What the hell was this? Everything was going so well—or so he’d thought. But Brian’s attitude had just done a one-eighty. He watched with growing dismay as Brian shoved his cock back into his pants and zipped up. “What are you talking about?”
“I mean, we need to talk about your other subs, Gar.”
His jaw tightened and he stood to zip up his own pants. Apparently the night’s fun had ended. Hell, I was just getting warmed up. “That’s kind of a sore subject, do you mind if we put it off for another time?”
“A sore subject?” Brian’s tone sliced though the room with the grace of a butcher knife on metal. “You want to talk about sore?”
Freaking a. They’d gone right back to Tuesday night at the club as though they hadn’t missed a beat.
“I’m the one that’s sore here.” Brian jabbed a finger at his own chest and somehow managed to get himself off balance.
Gar reached out to steady him, and got glared at for his efforts. “Look, Brian. I don’t want to argue. I thought we were having a great time…”
“We were. But I remembered why I left the club in the first place. Gar, I don’t want to be Mr. Thursday night to you. If that’s all I am, then go, and I’ll find myself another Dom.”
That did it. Gar crowded into Brian’s space and backed him against the desk. “Don’t you even think about being with anybody else. I’m the one who’s gonna take care of you the way you need. I don’t want you having anything to do with these other bastards. I mean it. I won’t stand to see you hurt again.”
Brian, to his credit, stood his ground and didn’t back down. Not even an inch. If Brian hadn’t spent most of his life as a top, he probably would have acted differently. Gar hated to admit it, but he liked Brian’s spunk. When it wasn’t coming close to literally causing his death.
“Then give us—this—whatever this is between us a chance.”
“I am.”
“I mean exclusively.”
He swallowed the lump stuck in his throat. Damned if he’d tell Brian he hadn’t been able to see a single one of his subs all of last week. He wasn’t ready for that kind of honesty. “Brian…”
“I don’t share well, Gar. Ask Geoffrey if you don’t believe me. If you aren’t willing to have me as your only sub then this is over, now.”
“That’s not fair.” He fisted his hands, the thought of ringing sense into Brian becoming more alluring by the second.
“Too bad.” Brian shoved at Gar’s chest and Gar moved back. Not because he wanted to go, or Brian really had the strength to make him, but because he wouldn’t allow Brian to hurt himself, even accidentally. “According to Geoffrey, the subs make the rules. If you really are a Dom and want to fulfill my needs, then you’ll want to fulfill this one, too.”
He sucked in a long breath. The hell. Is he questioning my Domhood? You’ve got to be kidding. He’s still a newbie sub in diapers. “If I wasn’t such a well-established Dom I wouldn’t have so many subs under me.”
“If you weren’t so afraid of having a relationship, you wouldn’t need all those subs to dilute your attention.”
The words stabbed straight though Gar’s heart and left a gaping hole as an exit wound. What the hell does he know about my needs? It’s not like I’m afraid, damn it.

Matt Justice has worked for years toward his goal of winning Olympic gold. Three decades ago, his father won an Olympic shooting competition; he was Matt’s biggest supporter until he said two little words: “I’m gay.” If he can emulate the feat his father accomplished in the past, maybe Matt can mend their fractured relationship.

Physician Levi Wolf and his partner Brett had looked forward to attending the London Olympic Games, until the car accident that left Levi unscathed but killed the love of his life. It’s been three years, and Levi has kept his heart under wraps. He’s attending the Olympics alone—as a physician instead of as a tourist. The last thing he wants to consider is letting go of Brett’s memory.

When Matt has an accident that threatens his ability to compete, Levi uses his skill at acupuncture to treat the blinding headaches. As the competition comes down to the wire, Levi discovers that sometimes the prize is right in front of you.

 EXCERPT:
Matt squinted at the map. God, he hoped he’d taken the right direction to find the shuttle to the shooting venue at the Royal Artillery Barracks. For the last month, he’d anticipated seeing the unique decorations for the Olympic use of the buildings. The equipment should’ve arrived, and until he saw with his own eyes that the firearms had made it, he wouldn’t be able to rest. The campus made no sense. Where the devil was the exit to this place? The Olympic Village might as well be a labyrinth. Matt turned the chart to the side. North? Which way was —
Clang.
Pain exploded in his forehead and nose. Matt staggered sideways onto the grass, lost his fight with gravity, and fell. The vision in his right eye blurred, and the inside of his head reverberated with pain. “Fuck.”
“Okay, mate?” The voice came from above, concern wrapped in a Cockney accent.
Matt clapped a hand over his eye, which made the pain worse, and pulled his fingers away smeared with red. Blood? No fucking way. What’d he hit? He turned his head, and hissed as pain thumped his skull. Bad idea. “What hit me?”
“Ye ’it the scaffold.” Feet clanged on metal, clopped on concrete, and muted on the grass. “Yer bleedin’. Shite.”
Through bleary eyes, Matt squinted at the workman who squatted next to him. The man’s wooly eyebrows knit in concern. He fumbled in his pocket and held out a handkerchief. Matt watched himself take the cloth. A wave of nausea twisted his gut, and he flipped on his side and retched, head pounding. Jesus Christ.
“Ye okay?”
Kidding, right? Wiping the back of his hand across his mouth, Matt rolled to his back and opened his eyes. Overcast sky, smell of grass, and ringing in the ears. Just dandy.
More footsteps rustled across the grass, and a blond man came into view. Lips tight, he frowned and knelt beside Matt. “Hey there. Looks like a nasty cut. Can you open your right eye?” Midwestern American accent. A fellow athlete?
“It is open. Isn’t it?”
“No.” The hanky was pulled out of Matt’s hand, and Blond Guy dabbed at the cut. “Better get you to the clinic.”
Aw, shit on a biscuit. Clinic? Doctors and X-rays and needles? He’d never live it down. Matt groaned. “It’s not that bad. A little clean up and an ice pack and I’ll be fine.”
Blond Guy’s frown deepened, twin creases forming between his eyebrows. He leaned in. Nice eyes, blue like the steel of a shotgun. “That’s not going to do it. Too deep. Looks like you rang your bell when you connected with the post. You might have a concussion.”
Matt struggled to sit up, and the scenery took a drunken swirl. Nausea burbled in his throat. “I don’t have a concussion.” He clamped his teeth together and took a couple of deep breaths through his nose. Don’t vomit. Sit for a minute, reassure the Good Samaritan, and go check on the guns. “I need to go.”
A warm hand landed on his shoulder. “A quick look. I promise I’ll make it brief —”
“Wait a minute. You’ll take a look?” Probably some former military medic, like Norm.
A brilliant smile broke across Blond Guy’s face and he extended a hand. “Levi Wolf, M.D., at your service. Call me Levi.”
A doctor? Here in the Village? On autopilot, he shook. “Matt Justice.”
“Staff or competitor?” asked Levi.
“Competitor. Shooting.”
“Clinic’s right over there.” Levi nodded toward glass double doors on the opposite side of the courtyard. “Can you walk?”
Target estimated at twenty meters. That he could do. Matt grunted an assent.
“I kin help,” the workman volunteered, glancing from Levi to Matt.
Well, it couldn’t get much more humiliating. Might as well go to the clinic. “Let’s go.”
It did get more humiliating. Levi and the workman — who introduced himself as Gideon — each took one of Matt’s arms and wrapped an arm around his waist. The two carried more than walked him across the grass, through the doors, and into a cubicle.
While he waited for Levi to return, Matt contemplated the gray and white stripes of the curtain, one eye at a time. Left eye clear, right eye blurry. Must not have gotten the blood cleaned up well enough. That had to be it. Perfect vision in his right eye was crucial for shooting. What if he couldn’t compete?
