Assistant Seduction

By Jocelyn Dex

Thanks for having me on your blog today!

I was super excited to be invited to write a story for the Sexy to Go, Volume 1 short story collection that features 10 other awesome writers. It features contemporary and paranormal shorts that’ll get your blood pumping.

My story in the collection, Assistant Seduction, is about an erotic romance writer who hires a temporary assistant to help her keep up with her deadlines. She gets more than she bargained for when the agency sends her a super hunky male assistant. Things get hot, hot, hot!

Excerpt:

“So, Landen, did you read any of my stories?”

He nodded. “I did. I read your short story, “Bitches on Top”.

Oh, that was a good one to start with. One of her dirtiest, for sure. “And, what did you think?”

“It was…graphic.”

“By graphic, what do you mean exactly?”

“Sexually graphic.” Even after clearing his throat, the words came out raw.

“Were you shocked and appalled?”

“A little surprised but no, not appalled.” He openly readjusted his crotch. “Not at all.”

She smoothed her hands down her nighty suggestively. Her body burned for him and it was time to up the game. “Did it turn you on?”

He nodded. “It did.”

She didn’t miss the twitch of his cock beneath his shorts and her pussy went instantly wet knowing her brazen behavior was getting to him. She sidled along the desk until she stood directly in front of him and pushed his chair back with her foot.

“And what did you do about it?”

Confusion clouded his handsome face. “Do?”

She bent forward and whispered in his ear. “Did you have to…relieve some pressure after reading it?”

Lust flared in his eyes as he met her gaze dead on, a subtle change overcoming him, a confidence that filled the air. Apparently, he finally realized she wasn’t just fucking around and she truly did mean to have him.

“Show me,” she demanded.

“Show?” he asked.

“Yes.”  As encouragement, Kyla pushed down one of the straps of her nighty and exposed a breast. He groaned as she trailed her fingers across her nipple and down her abdomen, stopping when she reached her pussy. “Show me how you relieved the pressure, Landen.”

I hope you’ll check out all the awesome shorts in Sexy to Go, Volume 1 and be sure to look for Sexy to Go, Volume 2 at the end of February/beginning of March.

Thanks for stopping by!

Trio Concerto

By Eva Lefoy

Have you ever been so busy that you forgot to double-check the date? Showed up at the dentist’s office a day early? Been in a panic to get something done only to realize you had another full 24-hours before it was due?

That’s what happens to my heroine, Casi, in Trio Concerto. She shows up at an alpine music center for a Beethoven concert a day early. Woops! And since she’d driven two hours to get there, she doesn’t want to jump in the car and just drive back home. So she does a little exploring…

And finds a couple having sex in the woods!

Liam and Dahlia are two mates Alphas. They are both headstrong and controlling. Casi is just human passerby, she has none of these shifter issues, but upon seeing them au natural, her body does what comes naturally!

Excerpt from Trio Concerto:

“Please, Liam. Let me have your cock. Let me ride it.”

Wet, slurping sounds preceded more of her moans. Then, a man’s voice traveled through the woods. “You’d like that, wouldn’t you? Like me to fuck you hard.”

“Yes. Yes. Please, Liam. Please.”

“No. Not yet.” The low rumble of his voice, the deep satisfaction he promised, rumbled through Casi like a tidal wave. Her panties dampened as hot tingles tightened her cunt.

“But when I do, you’re going to scream my name.”

Her agonized groan filled the woods, seemed to make the grasses glow and shimmer. The sound urged Casi forward, pent-up desires unable to withstand the onslaught of the siren’s call. With a quick glance over her shoulder, she ascertained she still traveled alone. She could just take a quick peek. The couple’s playtime would be her little secret. Just like the magazines. Moving cautiously forward, she crept inch by inch through whispering grass, trying to stay low and small. With every step she drew nearer to the scene, her body heated in anticipation. Tense excitement constricted her breath. If she made one false move…

Another twenty yards or so and she’d be able to see them. All she had to do was get close enough to peek around a tree trunk if she couldn’t see through the bush. Stealthily, she skulked toward them, her feet not making a sound.

“Please, Liam. Oh God.”

“No. You must learn to wait. Maybe this will satisfy you in the meantime.”

She squealed, then let out a harsh breath.

Casi could only imagine what Liam had done to her. Maybe inserted a finger or two, which had made her cry out. But why was Liam not letting her have his cock? Why was he such a tease? She felt sorry for the woman, and angry at Liam for not satisfying her.

Her tightly wound body felt teased by their lovemaking, too. Her nerves thrummed in time with the woman’s soft grunts. Every step she took swelled a pulsing need inside her. If she was smart, she’d go back to her car, slip her hands down her jeans and get her own release. The idea certainly held merit, but didn’t promise as much excitement as watching Liam and what’s-her-name fuck. Even if it was wrong to snoop on people. Oh hell’s bells, it’s a public area. I’m a member of the general public, aren’t I? After driving all the way up here I might as well get something out of it.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Next month, Casi meets another shifter in the woods and is taken as his mate!

I hope you’ll check out all the awesome shorts in Sexy to Go, Volume 1 and be sure to look for Sexy to Go, Volume 2 in March.

Thanks for reading!

Welcome to Sensuous Promo’s DOMS OF DESTRUCTION Book Tour. Watch for the Rafflecopter giveaway below.

Doms have fears, too by Eva Lefoy

Even if your main character is a top, a Dom, and not a submissive, it’s important to remember that Doms are people too. First and foremost, they’re human. They usually show up in the author’s mind after having several failed prior relationships and are looking for love. Mmmm love. Should the author decide to take up the Dom’s case and give them the love they seek, they have to do so with a few things in mind.

  1. Doms are people who’ve been hurt in the past, too. Don’t just focus on the submissive partner’s past hurts and needs. It’s likely the Dom has had his/her heart broken a time a two as well.
  2. Use that backstory to re-open old wounds. In Dom of Destruction, Gar suffers Brian being hurt the same way his former sub, Angel was. Even though it’s not Gar’s fault, he still feels the same pain. That pain propels him toward the climax of his storyline – where he must come face to face with his fears.
  3. Doms have fears, too. Even if they’re as big as a house and as strong as an ox, they still have fears. Fears of intimacy, fears of hurting their sub, fears of being rejected, etc. All the usual fears that humans can and have had for thousands of years. Sure, they’re all Dom and all business in the bedroom, but outside of a scene, who are they really? What do they really fear?
  4. Lastly, Doms are often hard on themselves and suffer guilt and worry over their role. Even if it’s two guys in the relationship, and both of them are completely into it on a consensual basis, the Dom can still get hurt. In Dom of Destruction, we find out that Gar’s ex, Angel, pushed him past his comfort zone. Angel wanted Gar to hurt him more and more, (we find out why and it’s a shocker for Gar), but the beatings Angel wanted left Gar wounded and scarred. He didn’t adequately protect himself, probably because he loved Angel and would have done anything for him.

So you see, Gar has a lot a pain in his past and he’s looking for love. In the modern world, love can be hard to come by. And even when it’s staring Gar in the face, he has a hard time acquiescing to the terms. Which only proves he’s human and needs love too!

Thanks for reading,

Eva

Dom of Destruction, book III in the Love Hurts series:
When new and impulsive sub, Brian is injured in a bad scene, the incident opens old wounds for his sometimes-Dom, Gar. While doling out revenge, Gar must come to terms with his fear of relationships and learn the shocking truth about his former lover, Angel.

Meanwhile, Paul’s uncontrolled jealousy of Brian comes to light and Geoffrey threatens to cancel their engagement if he won’t get his anger under control. In different ways the aftermath of the sadistic Dom’s destructive force puts these four men on the track to future happiness, but some will suffer more scars than others.
Warning: The MC in this story is baited into a scene of BDSM play and is abused.

EXCERPT – Brian takes Gar to task over his plethora of subs:
Whoa. Gar’s mind whirled as he tried to figure out Brian’s sudden mood swing. What the hell was this? Everything was going so well—or so he’d thought. But Brian’s attitude had just done a one-eighty. He watched with growing dismay as Brian shoved his cock back into his pants and zipped up. “What are you talking about?”
“I mean, we need to talk about your other subs, Gar.”
His jaw tightened and he stood to zip up his own pants. Apparently the night’s fun had ended. Hell, I was just getting warmed up. “That’s kind of a sore subject, do you mind if we put it off for another time?”
“A sore subject?” Brian’s tone sliced though the room with the grace of a butcher knife on metal. “You want to talk about sore?”
Freaking a. They’d gone right back to Tuesday night at the club as though they hadn’t missed a beat.
“I’m the one that’s sore here.” Brian jabbed a finger at his own chest and somehow managed to get himself off balance.
Gar reached out to steady him, and got glared at for his efforts. “Look, Brian. I don’t want to argue. I thought we were having a great time…”
“We were. But I remembered why I left the club in the first place. Gar, I don’t want to be Mr. Thursday night to you. If that’s all I am, then go, and I’ll find myself another Dom.”
That did it. Gar crowded into Brian’s space and backed him against the desk. “Don’t you even think about being with anybody else. I’m the one who’s gonna take care of you the way you need. I don’t want you having anything to do with these other bastards. I mean it. I won’t stand to see you hurt again.”
Brian, to his credit, stood his ground and didn’t back down. Not even an inch. If Brian hadn’t spent most of his life as a top, he probably would have acted differently. Gar hated to admit it, but he liked Brian’s spunk. When it wasn’t coming close to literally causing his death.
“Then give us—this—whatever this is between us a chance.”
“I am.”
“I mean exclusively.”
He swallowed the lump stuck in his throat. Damned if he’d tell Brian he hadn’t been able to see a single one of his subs all of last week. He wasn’t ready for that kind of honesty. “Brian…”
“I don’t share well, Gar. Ask Geoffrey if you don’t believe me. If you aren’t willing to have me as your only sub then this is over, now.”
“That’s not fair.” He fisted his hands, the thought of ringing sense into Brian becoming more alluring by the second.
“Too bad.” Brian shoved at Gar’s chest and Gar moved back. Not because he wanted to go, or Brian really had the strength to make him, but because he wouldn’t allow Brian to hurt himself, even accidentally. “According to Geoffrey, the subs make the rules. If you really are a Dom and want to fulfill my needs, then you’ll want to fulfill this one, too.”
He sucked in a long breath. The hell. Is he questioning my Domhood? You’ve got to be kidding. He’s still a newbie sub in diapers. “If I wasn’t such a well-established Dom I wouldn’t have so many subs under me.”
“If you weren’t so afraid of having a relationship, you wouldn’t need all those subs to dilute your attention.”
The words stabbed straight though Gar’s heart and left a gaping hole as an exit wound. What the hell does he know about my needs? It’s not like I’m afraid, damn it.

*CONTEST ALERT* BOOK TOUR: Darkest Magic by @Eva_Lefoy #Giveaway

Welcome to Sensuous Promo’s Darkest Magic Tour.

TEAM TYRION FOR THE WIN! By Eva Lefoy
I love dwarves. Always have. Even the short of stature, not officially dwarfish among us. Used to have a big crush on Wallace Shawn from My Dinner with Andre and of course Star Trek Deep Space Nine. (See how I work Sci-Fi into everything I do? Heh.) But then along came Peter Dinklage. Frankly, it was goodbye Wallace and hello Peter!
I first saw Dinklage in The Station Agent. A good little film that had me laughing when one of the characters nearly drove over him. Trust me. I know I sound sick, but it’s funny! Then I saw him in Game of Thrones as Tyrion. I knew right away I’d be hooked on the show, even though I don’t have a TV! And hey, I’ve been proven to be right. Dinklage is getting wonderful reviews for his work on the show. I, still in the grips of my dwarf love, have written a story with a dwarf. A snarky, flippant, bossy dwarf named Otis. Gee, I wonder who Otis reminds of?
Two guesses! LOL
Anyway, in order not to have people underestimate the power of this dwarf, I’ve made him the keeper of the blue light. In the original Grimm fairy tale The Blue Light, the dwarf just kind of appears. He’s somehow linked to the object but then again, he appears at the bottom of well in smoke. Yuck! My dwarves certainly do not take the troll road! They take the high road and the prefer a non-smoking environment thank you very much. So, first thing, I got Otis out of the well and gave him the object of power. And a wife. Darn it. Cause I wanted him to be happy … but, you know. Now he can only be my book crush and not my book boyfriend!
Nik can be your book boyfriend, though. As beta of the wolf pack, he works closely with Otis in ridding the forest of the evil witch Petrina. If he plays his cards right, Otis just might let him in on a few secrets.
Just because he’s shorter doesn’t mean Otis doesn’t have the smarts to get the job done. And did I mention he recues Nik’s love interest, Caroline from her father?
*nods sagely* A short man is definitely good to find! If you don’t believe me, try out Otis and his no-cussing-allowed wife Estrella in Darkest Magic, out now from Decadent Publishing.
Eva

Excerpt: When Caroline meets Otis
Her feet pounded out the rhythm of fear on the forest floor. The sound stank of agony, of struggling, doomed prey. How many times had she heard it, thrilled to it, while hunting? But now she was the hunted, her beating heart desperate to stay alive.
Her father closed in. His hot breath seared her shoulder blades, his warmth and scent getting closer, closer. The muscles in her back twitched in anticipation of the agony caused by the metal slicing through her flesh. How many more seconds would it take? One footstep. Two. Three. Oh, God!
Wham!
Her life ended, but not from behind. Something big, blue, and fast hit her from the side, knocking off her feet. Swept along with it, her trajectory unknown, she looked behind her to find her father long gone. What the hell? What could be faster than a wolf? Nothing. It’s impossible. I must be dreaming. Already dead. Caroline closed her eyes and surrendered to an unjust fate. It’s over. Done. No more.
A few moments later, the movement stopped. She was placed on the cool grass. Her final resting place.
“Hey, lady. Do you think you can walk from here?”
She looked up into the face of a tiny, panting man dressed in green velvet, half bent-over with his hands on his knees. Impossible. I’m hallucinating. Shutting her eyes against the image, sure this was only her fertile imagination gone haywire, she focused on letting go.
“You’re not exactly light, you know. You could lay off the ice cream any time.”
She gasped and bolted to sitting. “What did you say? Are you calling me fat?” She did a brief check of her torso, arms, and legs. No, not fat. Was it possible she weighed more in death? Or was this little man merely a whiny wimp? After all, she was used to the strength of wolves. “Who the hell are you, anyway?”
He inhaled, puffed out his chest, and brought himself up to his full, rather stubby height. “Oren Thelonius Icapod Snodgrass.”
Her mouth fell open. She tried several times to blink the man away, but it didn’t work.
“They call me Otis, for short.”

“You can’t be serious.” Death was a lot stranger than she’d ever imagined.

Nik Epperstein’s alpha lost his mate two years ago and took an evil witch as his new bride. Ever since then, Eli’s leadership has become violent, bordering on insane. When Eli attacks him, Nik’s healing powers mysteriously vanish. He can’t defend himself, nor protect the wolf he secretly loves. Only through the help of a foul-mouthed witch and an overly-dramatic dwarf will he save her – but their assistance comes at a price.

Caroline has tried for two years to lure Nik into her bed and can’t understand his hesitation.  After all, she senses their mating bond loud and clear. Then Nik disappears. She confronts her father who tells her Nik is dead, and she’s next on his chopping block.  Without Nik to protect her, she flees the pack and is kidnapped by a man half her size.

Reunited at last, the young wolves have one last chance to ignite their bond. But love must wait when battle looms. Eli and his wife attack, and aren’t above using dirty tricks to win. If Nik and Caroline survive the battle, the dwarf and his wife will require them to make a promise that will change their lives forever…
